This is a very tasty recipe. If
you don't like things too spicy go easy
on the chilli peppers and the paprika for
a milder dish.

Shrimp with a spicy
garlic sauce
(Makes around 12
servings)
1 ½ pounds (720g) peeled and
de-veined, large
shrimps
3 tablespoons (45ml) olive
oil
Olive oil cooking
spray
9 large cloves garlic,
minced
1 teaspoon (5ml) crushed, dried
red chilli peppers
2 tablespoons (8g) minced
parsley
1 teaspoon (5ml) Spanish
paprika.
Method: Preheat oven to 450oF or
230oC, Gas mark 8. Rinse the shrimps and
pat them dry using paper
towels. Into a
large, shallow ovenproof dish put a light
coat of cooking spray. Put
shrimps into the casserole dish in a
single layer. Lightly
coat with cooking spray and pour over a
drizzle of olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic, paprika and chilli
