Turkey Ham with Apple Sandwich
(Makes 1 serving)

2 teaspoons (10ml) reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 slices raisin bread
1 teaspoon (5ml) prepared mustard
2 ounces (60g) sliced turkey ham
1 lettuce leaf, drained
1 small apple halved and sliced thinly.

Method:  Combine mustard and mayonnaise and spread this on the slices of bread.  Fold each turkey ham slice into four and put on a slice of bread.  Put apple slices on top and cover with lettuce leaf.  Pop the top bread slice on the sandwich and eat at once.
