Diabetic Menu Plan
To help you plan your meals we have worked out a 7-day menu plan based on some of the recipes in Gary's Diabetic Recipes. Planning your meals is important as you may have to substitute some foods in order to enjoy others. For instance, you may be eating out and want to enjoy a really nice dessert. This is not a problem as long as you plan your menu for the day and sacrifice some of the carbohydrate from your main course in order to have the dessert.
Working out a meal plan need not be difficult. You will find a lot of delicious recipes in our ebook Gary's Diabetic Recipes to help you with your diabetic menu.
Please remember that everyone's glucose tolerance is different and you may need to reduce or increase the carbohydrate content in your menu plan.
