Peach or strawberry
jam
1 quart peeled peaches or 1
quart cleaned
strawberries
3 teaspoons artificial
sweetener
2 tablespoons lemon
juice
1 box powdered
pectin.
Method: Crush peaches
or strawberries in a pot, stir in lemon juice,
sweetener and pectin. Boil
for one minute being sure to stir all the
time. Take
off the heat and continue to stir for 2
minutes. Pour into
sterilized half-pint jars. Cool well and
store in your refrigerator.
