Cottage cheese vegetable
choices
(Makes 28
servings)
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded,
low-fat process American
cheese
2 8 ounce cartons low-fat
cottage cheese
2 tablespoons prepared
horseradish
3 tablespoons plain, unsweetened
low-fat yoghurt
½ teaspoon (2.5ml) pepper, ¼
teaspoon (1.25ml) salt
2 tablespoons minced
onion
2 tablespoons chopped green
pepper (capsicum)
Method:
Combine and mix well the minced onion,
cottage cheese, yoghurt, American cheese,
horseradish, pepper, salt and green
pepper. Chill
and serve with favourite crackers, breads
or other nibbles.
