Banana split
(Makes 1 serving)
¼ cup non-fat cottage cheese
½ medium ripe banana, peeled and cut in half longwise
1 small navel orange, peeled and sectioned
¼ cup fresh raspberries.
Method: Put the banana halves into a soup bowl
or banana split dish. Put the cottage cheese on top and
arrange orange sections over it. Puree the raspberries in
your blender or food processor until they are nicely smooth,
drizzle over the fruit and cottage cheese. Serve as soon
as it is ready.
