Morning Hot Cereals
(Makes 4 servings)
½ teaspoon (2.5ml) cinnamon
1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla, 1 cup oats, rolled
(raw)
3 cups (720ml) water.
Method: Put water, cinnamon and vanilla in a
pot. Bring them to boil and reduce heat to a
simmer. Add oats or whole grain cereal that you like and
cook as the directions tell you. Serve hot and
enjoy a great, warm start to your day.
